We hold space for seasonal group therapy on themes such as identity exploration and affirmation, trauma recovery and resilience, emotional well-being, and navigating life transitions.

We also offer restorative and community circles designed for community-based healing after crisis, harm repair, conflict resolution, post-crisis healing, and identity-affirming dialogue.
