Amy Siniscalchi, LMSW (She/They)
Compassionate. Grounded. Resourceful.
Hi, I'm Amy! I believe that healing begins with safety and trust. I help clients process pain, reconnect with themselves, and move toward lives that feel more whole, joyful, and meaningful.

My Approach
I center the needs of people who’ve historically been excluded or harmed by traditional systems of care. I work with:
BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, TGNC individuals
Survivors of trauma, abuse, and systemic violence
Chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent clients
White individuals seeking anti-racism accountability and reflection
My lens is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in both social justice and embodied healing.

Training & Experience
20+ years in social work and survivor advocacy
Expertise in trauma, DV, SA, trafficking, child abuse
Supervisor and mentor to clinicians and advocates
Currently in a 2-year therapeutic coaching program combining mindfulness and developmental psychology

What Grounds and Moves Me
Reading
Tell me your story.
I enjoy biographies/memoirs about people who have overcome adversity and non-fiction books about racial justice, social justice, and science/health. Each book feels like an intimate conversation that broadens my perspective and deepens my empathy.
Hiking & Nature
Let's discover what grounds you.
I feel most at peace when I’m stretching my legs in the woods, grounding to the earth and taking notice of small but remarkable details in nature. The quiet rhythms of the outdoors remind me to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself.
What lights you up inside?
I love being in a room with hundreds of other people who are laughing or vibing along with me; it’s electric and it makes me feel so alive. Those moments remind me of the joy in shared human connection and the healing power of laughter and rhythm.
